Always at the Right Time

Have you noticed that the perfect message always comes into your awareness at just the right time?

Today’s inspiration from the DailyOM arrived today in my inbox ~ “…when we live our lives from a place of balance and trust in the universe, we may not see our source of support, but we can know that it is there…Change is inherent in life, so even what we have learned to trust can surprise us at any moment. Remove fear from the equation and then, without even wondering what is going on below, we can devote our full attention to the dream that awaits us.

We attract support into our lives when we are willing to make those first tentative steps, trusting that the universe will provide exactly what we need. In that process we can decide that whatever comes from our actions is only for our highest and best experience of growth. It may come in the form of a soft landing, an unexpected rescue or an eye-opening experience gleaned only from the process of falling. So rather than allowing our lives to be dictated by fear of the unknown, or trying to avoid falling, we can appreciate that sometimes we experience life fully when we are willing to trust and fall. And in doing so, we may just find that we have the wings to fly.”

These words speak volumes to me as I have been going through a “growth spurt.” As I wrote in Honoring my Light, I don’t want to feel pulled in all different directions. I need to balance work with play. I need to balance taking time for myself just as I take time for others. I need to honor the Light within me so that it can continue to shine bright.

With that said, I am paying attention to the guidance that I am receiving. I KNOW and TRUST that all is happening exactly as it should in this moment and in every moment.

My daughter painted a beautiful painting at school a few weeks ago and brought it home. I asked her if she painted it for me. Her reply, “I painted it, and you can have it if you want it.” Of course, I claimed it. The background is purple and it has five yellow daffodils on it. This quote by Walt E. Disney graces the top ~ All our dreams come true if we have courage to pursue them.

I presented my workshop, Becoming a Better YOU! for the first time last Saturday, March 17 at the Unity Church of Overland Park. I was not concerned about the number in attendance. Rather, I was intent on making a difference in the lives of those individuals who made the decision to attend. After the workshop, I returned to my car to find a daffodil plucked at its base and placed in my car door handle.

This gesture of love truly warmed my heart and reminded me of the truth of who I am and why I am here.
